POLENTA & SUNFLOWER SEED SOURDOUGH
The addition of polenta gives the crumb of this loaf a lovely yellow colour and adds sweetness which combines well with the rich nutty quality of toasted sunflower seeds. Toasting enhances the sunflower seed and polenta flavours. Serve warm as a side to savoury dishes, or top with roast vegetables (available from 16th September). More Information
