A delicious sourdough loaf made with a mix of wholemeal spelt and white flour. The spelt adds a nutty flavour which is complemented by the sweet, molasses flavour of Black treacle. The flavour profile is perfectly complimented by a mild, soft cheeses such as Brie. (from 22nd April). More information
