A French-style peasant loaf weighing just under 2 kg, from a time where baking was done in communal ovens and every meal was taken with bread. The combination of wholemeal wheat, white wheat and wholemeal rye gives this sourdough a complex flavour and will improve for days. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.
