A rustic table loaf made with T55 flour*, produced using only French varieties of wheat. The flour creates a creamy taste, offsetting the sweetness of the onions and the nutty flavour of the poppy seeds. Delicious served as toast with a generous spreading of butter!
*Please note the T55 flour used in our Onion & Poppy Seed Sourdough is not organic.
