A wheat and rye sourdough combined with soaked linseed, toasted sesame, and toasted sunflower seeds. The toasted seeds give the loaf a rich flavor and nutty aroma. Keeps well thanks to the addition of the linseed soaker. Best used fresh in sandwiches, keeps well and great for toasting for up to four days.
