Ingredients: Wheat, Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt, Butter, Milk, Almonds, Nutmeg, Cloves, Vanilla, Raisins, Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose Syrup, Preservatives E202, E220. Sulphur Dioxide), Organic Unrefined Icing Sugar, Almond Essence, Organic Marzipan (Almonds, Egg Whites, Cane Sugar, Water, Inverted Sugar Syrup, Ethanol).
Please note: Allergens are identified in bold in the ingredients list. Some of our products contain Yorkshire Organic Millers wholemeal flour which may contain traces of mustard in it, so this is noted.
