We have a wide range of products available for delivery to cafes, delis, restaurants, pubs, and retailers in Leeds, and the surrounding area, five days a week. We love working with businesses small, big, and in-between who share our love of good food.
All our bread is slow-fermented at each stage, over a period of up to 72 hours, and made by hand using organic flour* and simple, high-quality ingredients to ensure the very best flavour and texture – we never use processing aides or additives.
Due to the nature of our production we do need you to order early! We need at least two days notice for most of our bread, but if you are ordering our white or seeded sourdough and vollkornbrot we will need at least three days notice. Please note our order deadline is 4pm, Monday to Friday. We understand this can sometimes be frustrating but we want to ensure that you get the very best sourdough there is and that takes time.

As a workers’ co-operative we want to do more than bake delicious bread. We source our ingredients as ethically as possible, aim to pay ourselves a fair wage for the work we do, and create an empowering and inclusive workplace where we can all thrive. We create next to no food waste and regularly support charitable organisations in our locality.
*With the exception of T55 flour, used in our baguettes, ciabatta rolls and rotating special Onion & Poppy Seed sourdough.
